1. BUY THE RIGHT SHOES
(and pheraps compression socks) with some platform support and half size bigger as your feet will definitely swell up.
2. PUT YOUR LEGS UP
During your break take a sit and lift your legs up to a chair then make ankle circles, it will help to give you same relief and to increase the circulation of your blood back to the heart.
3. STRETCHING DURING THE DAY
* bring one foot back and grab it then gently pull it toward your body and hold for 10 seconds.. Repeat to the other side.
* move your leg forward and lean on your front leg so you will feel stretch on the other back
* lean your body forward sliding your hands on your knees.. Hold the position for few seconds and come back.
